When you want to know about a city, eventually we will want to know the history behind it. We will use more emphasize on the history. Like how it came about, construction, association, food, culture, but on journey there is always a voice inside me saying "Does the modern people have interest on Muar's history?" or "When their grandparents or parent's story about the past will interest them?" Past is the past, is there any relation to them?
But recently I have start to understand, history is just a past story, to let the listeners to know what's the situation in the past.
But this is not the main point, we borrow the knowledge of history, to feel that the past is same with us, for example our modern times can be past of the future.
