In Panchor, there is one restaurant and the only restaurant called the Hin Thoy restaurant. The boss is actually the former village chief here. This restaurant is rather popular, during the weekends a lot of people outside of Panchor will purposely go there to eat.



The salted fried prawn here is his signature, this big prawn will put into wok and fried til it's golden, then scoop them out. Other than the prawn head, the whole part of the prawn can be eaten, including the shell! Other than fry, you still can use those prawn to cook the noodles, bet you will order them for more.

Satay sauced cuttle fish is the boss invention. A normal spinach used by owned satay sauced, you can even used them to serve with rice too. It's also has browned pork rib, steam or red-sauced fish. 

No matter what ingredient is on the boss hand, it will become a tasy dish. The current boss is currently the 2nd generation owner, and he is very picky about food and also try to create new dishes or cooking stype. Most importantly the ingredients must be fresh. You can truly taste good hometown dishes if you are at here.
