In the glutton street, near Loo San coffee house, there is a stall that sells fried banana, also another great recommendation from Muar people. The boss has been operating for 30 years, from the past till now is it located at the same place. They sell 3 types which are fried banana, fried potato and fried sweet potato. 

The banana they used are horned banana, the sizer are bigger than normal banana. Another special thing is the flour that they used is not normal bakery flour, instead is the flour that used for vermicelli. Is rather crispier, even you let it chill for 1 hour it still remain crispy. But of course is still the best when you eaten them fresh.

One of the specialty is seeing the procedure on how they fry the potatoes. The boss will firstly boiled the potato, sliced them, then cover them with flour after that fry. This method is thought by the boss himself, is rather firm, then steam the potato will bring out some sweet taste, after frying them will bring out some sweet taste. 

The boss said that doing business has to keep thinking how to improve, invent his own taste. No wonder the ingredient and method, details and procedure are different from others. 

Other than these, now they have added popiah, sesame ball, nine layer cake that made by his daughter-in-law, so that the customer have more choices.
